JUDr. František Vyskočil, Ph.D.

Born 14 January 1965 in Prague.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1990, where he later received the titles JUDr. and Ph.D. Before he started studying law, he spent 4 years at the Pedagogical Faculty of the Charles University. From 1991 to 1994 he worked as an articled clerk until he passed the bar in 1994. He has been working as a lawyer since 1994. Before founding the Law Firm Vyskočil, Krošlák a spol., he worked for a French law firm (1995 – 1996). František Vyskočil specializes in intellectual property law including copyrights, legal aspects of advertising and film production and protection of personality rights. He gives lectures in law at the department of production studies at the Film and TV Faculty and Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts.

Apart from his activities at Kolowratek, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Paraple Centre and the Author’s Work and Pedagogy Organization. He likes art, architecture, music, theatre and literature.
