Mgr. Eliška Barthelemy

Born 13 September 1968.
In 1991 she completed law studies in France (University of Reims) and in 1993 she obtained a diploma in international law from the Faculty of Law Paris II. In 1994 she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She has been working as a lawyer since 1992, initially for an international law firm in Paris (1992 – 1993) and then in Prague. She is a founding partner of the Law Firm Vyskočil, Krošlák a spol., where she has been working since 1996. She focuses on labor law, corporate law, acquisitions and restructurings, competition law and consumer protection law. She is a certified French translator at the Municipal Court in Prague and she gives lectures on law to students, as well as to businessmen and firms. Eliška BARTHELEMY is also President of the Czech Club of French Association for Management Development and Advisor to the French Embassy in Prague.
Eliška Barthelemy has always participated in various charity projects and supported organizations oriented towards handicapped and disabled children.
Eliška Barthelemy is married and has two sons. She likes reading, music and interior design.
